How do I get help if I have a question?
If you have a question or need help, there are several ways to get in touch.
You can contact us directly through in-app chat (Intercom) or by email. During onboarding, you’ll also have been introduced to a named support contact at Bourn who can help with day-to-day questions.

Who do I contact – NatWest or Bourn?
For questions or issues relating to your Flexible Trade Account, the quickest and most efficient option is usually to contact Bourn. Bourn provides day-to-day support and operates the Flexible Trade Account portal, working closely with NatWest where approvals or escalation are required.
If you choose to contact NatWest directly, we’ll work together with them to resolve the issue and make sure you get the support you need.
